Customer Question

Hello, I need some help accessing attachments in an email thread. It seems that they disappear after a certain number of responses.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Outlook 2010 I believe
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Both phone and web, but I am currently using safari on my computer.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have gone to options and looked for a way to change conversation view, but I can't find anything.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so!
