JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I've tried several times today other than that it was a year ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've just tried several times to log on via Microsoft edge
