Thank you for that confirmation. Unfortunately, since you are using a Gmail account to send and receive emails, there is really NO WAY for you to UNDO that action and there is no way to recall that sent email. The main reason for this is because when the email was SENT by your Gmail on your computer, your Gmail or email account and your computer HAS NO CONTROL over that email anymore after it left your computer to its way to the recipient.
For Gmail accounts, by default, the UNDO option available is only for 30 seconds after sending it. Beyond that, the email cannot be recalled.
I know this is not the kind of answer that you want to hear and I hate to be the bearer of this bad news. But it will be unprofessional of me and unfair to you if I will not give you the correct answer for this case.
