I am unable to receive email on my Gmail account.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: I am a new customer and have had this email address for 9 days.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am frustrated with this service for which I am paying and have not had email service since setting this up. I have been shuffled around, have been dropped. I can't find anyone who is willing to help---or perhaps even able to help.
