Customer: myway and mozilla and internet
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: phone but want to access it on lap top too
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: last night i tried to change password ***** can't because of phone number problem and I don't remember my password ***** was set up in Mesa Az when I purchased the orig phone live full time in a travel trailer and move every 60 days or so
