I was not able to get email to work since April 10 or so. What do I do?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: sbcglobal.net
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I really do not what to do. I suppose I would have to know how to re-establish e-mail
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: apparently I can get yahoo mail and google web access
