JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: att.net
JA: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: mac os x el capitan
JA: When did you purchase your Apple? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i purchased a while ago. search function was working fine this morning and on my desk top too. now both, when using advance search, produce zero results even for emails/people that I know I have.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
