Customer: THROUGH THE BROWSER.i THINK IT HAS HAD THE SAME PASSWORD ***** YEARS AND i HIT SOMETHING THAT KNOCKED IT out AND NOW i CAN'T BRING UP MY LeTTERS,ETC.nothing!!
