I have an e-mail account,***@******.***. I don't recollect a password ***** when I try to use Outlook I can't set it up because it asks for my internet password.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Just tried to use Outlook today on my home computer. Don't have a problem on my office computer. Don't use the gmail account in the office.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web browser, either Google or Firefox
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I am a dinosaur (old). Can't trouble shoot much of anything. I can follow instructions if you have any.
