Hi there! My name is*****'m sorry that you're having this problem. It would be my pleasure to assist you. In order to best help, I will need to ask a few questions. Have you recently changed the password ***** your comcast email accounts? Are you able to access your Comcast emails through the web browser and on your phone? Do you get an error message in Thunderbird when you try to send and receive messages? If so, what is the error message?
