When I sent a message from gmail to an individual using AT&T, their response never gets to me. It is rejected with incorrect address. My address is ,***@******.***. the incorrect address is,***@******.***
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: I only recently found out when I ask my daughter why she do not respond to a question, may have been this way since I started with gmail. Perhaps when I first sign up, I was going to use address ,but they were rejected
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through browser only
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I checked all contacts to determine I was entered correctly. I also use At&T and had used AOL. I must tell you I am not a tech person, I am 86 and did not get a computer until 74, had even learn how to turn on.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
