I am a verizon.net email customer Since we switched over my phone has Alto I have been able to use my phone for my email I have an iPhone. Today when i tried to get my email i got a message We cannot access your email> Please sign back into your account I did this multiple times Changed my password ***** still got the same message. I called AOL and I was able to log into email on my computer but still can't on my phone. I was told unless I sign up for a paid service I can't have tech support. I am very fustrated>
