I had Microsoft Office 365 professional and it expired. I paid $99.00 to renew it and when I did the Microsoft Outlook disappeared. I cannot find it anywhere on my computer. All my e-mails go through Office Outlook. Can someone help me find it on my computer?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: It was yesterday that I paid the $99.00 and it was during the update the Outlook disappeared.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Both of my e-mails were in Microsoft Outlook and I just opened Outlook to gain access to my e-mails. I do not use the Internet program, but just Outlook.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Everything I know and I cannot find Outlook anywhere on my computer.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just need to get back my Microsoft Office Professional and have my Outlook found. Please help me!
