When I attempt to log into my email account, I get a message "Your IMAP wants to alert you to the following: Please log in via you web browser. (Failure)" that gets a page that's no longer available. What do you suggest?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: It says Microsoft Outlook Express.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On a web browser, my laptop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just what it said on the message I quoted to you
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

Hello and thanks for using I am Serge and I will try my best to assist you.

Your issue seems to be a bit more complicated for just an answer, troubleshooting is required here.

It is possible that you have enabled extra security to block Outlook from connecting to Google.

It requires some reconfiguration of your Google account.

Please, let me know , was anything done in Google account prior to you having this issue?
