its my husband's email. He cant access his emalils. He was originally a verizon customer/His email address is [email protected] .net
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: aol took over verizon email addresses -but he is allowed to keep his verizon address
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: phone and iPad
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: working with apple help as its an iPhone and iPad. Apple said his problem is with AOL
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
