When I try to open AOL (which I've done for years) I'm told in a window tot 'sign in' with a password ***** don't know. When Iseek help to set a password ***** doesn't help.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: just today
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I open AOL by clicking 'continue'. my mail comes up on it.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: no troubleshooting.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: connect me to whom?
