What problem are you facing?

Outlook 2016 (where I get e-mails, etc.) has not been responding. I a get them and it goes to profiling, and so on but I still cannot open this site. Way behind in my receiving e-mails and very frustrated. I am not computer savy and need someone to fix the problem. Help / is there another way to get connected so the problem can be fixed for me or what do I do???
I also wanted to mention I use Firefox and recently a "My Way" popped up which I do not want.
