Hi I am unable to receive or send emails. Havent received any for 2 days now. checked with my internet provider and it looks like it is my outlook
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: yesterday and today
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: only on my pc
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: as much as I can, that is why I need your help
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: don't know if I can tell you anything else other than I cannot receive or send thank you

It seems to be working now. I previously called my internet provider and it did not work with them straight away. Just now when I went into check it, I entered a password ***** my Internet provider text me and began working.
