I am locked out of my gmail account and I do not know how to get it up and running again. Mike
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: The last 24 hours.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Differant passwords or change to new paawords via forgotpassword.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I contacted yesterday and it has not been the same since.
