My Outlook email was recently upgraded by IT in my organization. I need to use the Forward setting for one application a day. How do I manage that work to get Forward on my tool bar so it will automatically Forward?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: It has been an issue for about a week.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web browser all the time.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None except the Outlook Website but it says to click on the message in Outlook, then click on the Gear icon, etc. I can' get that. Help
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No just so I can Forward messages easily
