I have tried many ways to move/store my email messages, but it does not relieve the server. I currently show 92%, and have not had an email come to my outlook for 2 days. What can I do?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: always
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I use Outlook on my main computer.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: The Geek Squad allegedly set it up avail.

Customer: My last message should have read 'to no avail'. I simply wish to know how to save my many emails without overloading the server.

I'm sorry about the issue. What email do you use, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.?
Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
