I have tried to...

I have tried to change my email, and I can't get anything to work. I can't even log into my mail now. I have tried with two different temporary # you have sent me, and then tried to add my own new password. Everything comes back Invalid! Help!

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

I reset it Jan. '17. I am trying to do it again, because I have had some issues with Yahoo, and I get a message that I have a security problem.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On my desk-top or Ipad mostly.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have already chatted with a person at length and tried everything he said. Nothing has worked. I also called the number that they said to call(###) ###-####and got no help whatsoever from the long list of choices. Can you pLEASE solve this for me?

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

That's about all I know to ask. I am not very savvy about this!
