JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: service provider is
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through thunderbird
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: have ensured correct mail server in and out with optusnet and they are OK have tried for answers on net but they do not fix my problem
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: program was working had read large number of fresh emails and closed thunderbird and closed desktop when I opened desk top next day and tried thunderbird noemail dowloads
