When I log into gmail a message ask me to sign in again.

When I log into gmail a message ask me to sign in again. after that I might click on what I want to go into and the drop down menu comes again and wants me to log in again. Then an error might pop up. #500 It goes on and on trying to engage. A lot frustrating.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: About two, maybe three weeks.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my labtop.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: F5 to get rid of the error. cache cleaning, restarting the system.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: When I first start using gmail - my address was***@******.*** I had trouble with my backoffice and I changed it to***@******.*** I can log in with that one, but it goes back to the first one.
