I have to set in a new password.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: The Verizon store has helped me to get my phone unblocked, however, I can't seem to Google to hold on to my password. I contacted Google last night and for awhile the password ***** had was working and suddenly was the wrong one. Do you need to have that password?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my computer. But because my phone is blocked out I was sent a 6 number code. Immediately when I received it I quickly typed in the code and told it was wrong. This happened 11 times last night. And soon even my password ***** wrong. Please help, I've been without a cell phone for a week.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Explain troubleshooting.
