I am having so much trouble with my password I am about

JA: Hello. What seems to be the problem?
Customer: I am having so much trouble with my password ***** am about ready to give up. I request a new password ***** I originally mucked something up. I put the new password ***** when I received it through my email then where do I reset to make a permanent one. I have passwords going everywhere . My last request has not responded back to me. I just want to clear everything and start fresh with one permanent one for all. thanks Eileen

Customer: A few days ago and tried last night to no avail
