Can not log-in to my new laptop; password *****
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Haven't; used the same password ***** years.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Access here on my old computer; previously, have always been able to log in on a library computer when on vacation
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none; don't know how to do it; I'm 75 years old and computer illiterate
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
