Customer: at&t
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I think we are not on the same page as to my problem
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried to reach someone about an order I didn't rec
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I order it in November and track in December ,nothing after I rec the tracking number
