HI, I NEED TO RESET MY PASSWORD ***** A PREVIOUS PASSWORD.

Customer: IT WAS RESET LAST WEEK.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: PHONE, IPAD, TABLET, CPU
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: SIMPLY WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT TO ATTEMPT TO CHANGE PASSWORD. THE REASON IS I DROPPED MY PHONE AND BROKE IT. THE SCREEN IS CRACKED AND I CANNOT ENTER THE NEW PASSWORD ***** THAT I CAN BACK IT UP TO MY COMPUTER. iF I CAN RESET MY PASSWORD ***** THE ONE ON THE BROKEN PHONE I CAN RETRIEVE THE INFORMATION I NEED.
