I can't get into my***@******.*** account or the***@******.*** Facebook. Same with my***@******.*** mail account and***@******.*** Facebook.
JA: When did you last use the account?
Customer: Gosh, I can't remember. Maybe since October 2016.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I am a complete dunderhead when it comes to computers. I was using my HP Pavillion PC desktop but it doesn't work.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: New passwords and every other suggestion available. I seem to be locked out.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Frankly, I'd like to get into the above mentioned gmail account / gmail Facebook and yahoo account / yahoo Facebook.
