I am not able to access email. I have through several steps offered. 1. It says the Gmail password ***** ***** in use. Of course it is mine. If I follow the steps to find my acct. I go through a long process; where password ***** are said false when they aren't. I have been working for 2 days and am going around in a loop. I hope you can help.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: 3 days, coinciding with my new cell ph.?

Customer: I can't receive email or send it.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have taken the ph. back to the store. It was a little help with showing that I keep the same address-on ph. and internet. the password ***** the same. I followed "find my acct." and create a new acc." I thought I was close to solving the problem when the page was dark gray, blue. Clicking on directions, they didn't move.
