I am on vacation I bought a new phone and locked my self out I got hack in dec so I am in the process of changing my passwords I tossed the password ***** into the trash I have had a yahoo account for a while now I need to use my sisters phone to reset my password ***** can I do that
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Yahoo account?
Customer: I changed my password ***** a week now
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my phone I have metro pcs the phones charger burned up so on the third I bough the new one
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i am just trying to reset my yahoo acct so i can get a code to get into my gmail acct to unlocked i have already defaulted the new phone
