i was given a ZTE android that no one knows the gmail or password ***** need to see if i can delete the old email and set a new one so i can use it. i already tried factory reset

Customer: a friend just gave me the phone said if i can get the email off i can have it and it is a ZTE android

Customer: my gmail is on a laptop computer

Customer: on this android i have tried everything to trying to register the android in my name and email but didn't work cause android isn't responding wants last owners email and password ***** i don't have
