lost my connection to Mozilla Thunderbird.Using Mozilla as download from Comcast. Eas ok a couple hours ago. Now the icon has disappeared. Mail is being downloaded to Comcqast but not to Mozilla
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Comcast
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web Browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Signed onto Mozilla to get Email download. Icon for Mozilla had disappeared from desktop. Went to Comcast site. and mail is there to be downloaded, but cannot access Mozilla.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: What to hell is going on? Comcast seem to be operating ok. Just can't download to Mozilla. Seem like your error.
