JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: A long time.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: by phone and browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: The problem is aol is telling me that my password ***** ***** and I can't reset it. When I click on live chat it's telling me that the web site is invalid.
