I have emailed my Mom an attachment, which is a letter in RTFf with a picture inserted at the top. She has not received it and I have sent it several times. My sister sent the original letter to me for printing. I made the edits that my Mom requested and added a picture to the top. It saved and printed as normal. I sent it to my mother for final review and she says all she sees on her end is the original letter only. Why can't she open the revised, updated, edited letter? Please assist. Thank you.

Customer: There is a browser on my PC.
