JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: couldnt use I once had another e mail address -not used for some time and a group of maessages were sent fthat were uses on m\that site I can send a message tomy site but not getting ouside messages

I' have not received any response correcting this problem and if not seen to at this point will carry this further--Thank you for your prompt attention to this . The offer for" premium service" after having received no service at all is looking like a possible scam which I will report to the proper authorities
