I cannot get into my email
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: gmail over Chrome
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: probably
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: about three weeks ago, my email asked for a password. Never before. When I supplied it it was supposed to send me a code to change my password. I note the settings showed two phones, land line, twice. I think they may have tried to send to me, but my telephone will not accept text messages.
