JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: outlook
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my computer at home
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've paid a company 2 months ago and it worked for 3 weeks..I thought it was outlook but it wasn't
