I cannot receive my e-mail.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Yahoo
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: phone and tablet
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: nothing as I don't know what to do.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think the problem is on my computer. Acts crazy AND i CANNOT GET MY MAIL.
