I have an i Mac desktop im rather ignorante, im 71 at computer stuff but I did an up grade and email quit working
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: ive had computers for 30 or more years, but alway just used...the simple offiice stuff and do emails and web searches
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none of my emails worked... in the past I uses dot (.es) as I am in Spain...I now have changed to dot (.com)... I've gmail, yahoo mail, and outlook... but after last upgrade.... changed from dot (.) es to dot (.d) com i can access on liine
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: have been unable to get the mail icon back on the dock
