Everytime I log in, yahoo says I am using the wrong

everytime I log in, yahoo says I am using the wrong password. so I go thru the steps to change it, and then I log out of on other devices and log back in using the new password ***** it says it is invalid!
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: never been emailed to me, because I cant get into email
