JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Earthlink
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Use Thunderbird ... plus, iphone, ipad and web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Looked at various FAQs; none seem to reflect the problem. I no longer receiving message from the earthlink server. I have another machine running THunderbird and it does not have that problem.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
