Juno keeps getting a 'program not responding' message
JA: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: Dell optiplex 755/windows 10
JA: When did you purchase your OptiPlex? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: about a year ago. tried uninstalling and re-installing Juno. solved the problem for a time & then the problem returned
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: am using Juno 'offline' program not '*****@******.***'
