The search option isn't working (using version 15.29 (161209) on MacBook Pro Mac OS 10.12.2)
JA: Just to clarify, what's the model of your Mac, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: MacBook Pro (15 inch, 2016)
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through Outlook on my MacBook Pro
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Not sure what to do. One day searching mail worked, then it didn't.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can t think of...
