have forgotten my pasword.,time before when i loged on went rightto download my email.. when was to call me,could not understand "match format"
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: can not access email,as i forgot my password
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: the web browser on home pc
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: tries to get password ***** via phone call. the page indicated they wanted my phone number. did that. when cliked continue, said match format, which was a (...).......36 ???
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no,other than what my pass word is, in the event this happens again
