It takes me back to my old e-mail address. And if I use the new address which you gave me it switches back to the old e-mail address. I am very frustrated. I wanted to use this facility during the holidays ---no success.

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web Browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Everything that is on your website when I complained.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Sometimes the new address stays there so I'm not sure whether I use an incorrect pass word -- so if not, it jumps back to old address.
