For some unknown reason, Ican no longer get or send e-mails.. I was expecting an answer to a letter I sent a couple of weeks ago, but could never get to the emails to find out if I got the reply.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: I have AT&T.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I would say it is through a web browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Not much. I'm using a new Lenovo computer-windows 10 and u-verse
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I was being swamped by One group (My Heritage) and could never keep up with them, while I could not keep real e-mails read.
