We would like to contact corresponding email address for discrepancies in our payments. So far we were not very successful. Probably we hasn't got correct email address from Norton.

To whom it may concern
Obviously you are unable to provide us with any service. It was just genuine mistake and your company take advantage that we were unable to contact Norton. Please refund your fees which charge to us without any approval from us. This 2 transactions which should be refund NOW are Expert(###) ###-####CA, 0102. First amount is 5 AUD and second transaction is the same but for 54 AUD. If you company do not respond and refund amount of 59 AUD Total, we have to contact our Bank and Department for Fair Trade. We are just wandering what sort company you really are!? You certainly know that you company did NOT done any other service for me than dishonestly took advantage, that we were in problems to contact Norton company.We expecting cancellation of both transactions on our account. Otherwise you have to take responsibility for your unprofessional behaviour.!
