JA: I'm not sure of the exact price, but there's only a $5 deposit. The rest of the price information will be on the page I send you to.

Customer: asus cm1740 it is over 5 years old
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not that I know of... last auto was on 12/31

Customer: I get the message We can't sign into your account. and then it signs me with a temporary profile? windows10 . Was working fine and then suddenly lost the system and had to reboot... then lost everything.
